VPlus Networks' IAC Desk goes beyond the usual functions of a help desk, by providing proactive WAN management. This means we will monitor your network and inform you of any faults - not the other way around.

The IAC Desk is always staffed by third line engineers, who are available for you to consult by telephone and e-mail and are trained to technical analysis level. They will identify and correct any faults in the shortest possible time and provide online updates about the status of your network.
