Inform - within 30 minutes of a fault occurring, our engineers
will inform you about it - by telephone, e-mail and/or SMS
message, as specified by you.
Analyse - our engineers will then analyse the fault within
a further 60 minutes and inform you as to the action to be
taken.
Correct - will notify you upon fault resolution and on-line
reports are available via our Customer Extranet to show live
and historical fault status.
HEAT On-line Helpdesk
Through this web-based system, you can log any support calls,
queries and get an instant status report as to fault resolution.
Historical reporting on our service level and response to
issues is also available. |
