Inform - Analyse - Correct

Inform - within 30 minutes of a fault occurring, our engineers will inform you about it - by telephone, e-mail and/or SMS message, as specified by you.

Analyse - our engineers will then analyse the fault within a further 60 minutes and inform you as to the action to be taken.

Correct - will notify you upon fault resolution and on-line reports are available via our Customer Extranet to show live and historical fault status.
