on outsourcing their WAN requirements but equally we can act
as a company’s ‘virtual IT department’ leaving them free to
concentrate on their core business without worrying about
network issues.”
He added: “We have invested heavily in the right equipment
and highly skilled personnel to offer a level of customer
service which can rival that of the large telcos. We continuously
monitor the customer’s network so we can alert them to faults
and potential problems, not the other way round.”
